Why not just use an online estimate?

Online estimates can't see the renovation you finished last spring, the view from your deck or the street your home is on. They also can't tell you how buyers are reacting to similar homes right now. A real evaluation looks at your home itself and the homes it would be competing with, and that is what gives you a number you can actually plan around.

What do I get?

We look at recent sales of homes like yours nearby, along with what is on the market today, and give you a realistic price range for your home. If you are thinking about selling, we will also show you an estimate of what you could walk away with after costs, so you can plan your next move with real numbers.

Who will I be working with?
