We set you up with a search that catches new listings as they come up, and we will tell you honestly what we think of a home, including the things the listing photos don't show.

What makes buying in the Okanagan different?

A lot of homes here come with details that need a closer look. Many are stratas, with documents and finances that matter as much as the home itself, and some sit on Westbank First Nation leasehold land, which works differently from owning the land outright. What happens after my offer is accepted?

We keep everything on track while you finish your financing, inspection and other conditions, and we are there to answer questions as they come up. Once the sale is firm, we stay with you right through to possession day, so the move feels exciting instead of overwhelming.
