Ashlyn Riehl

Ashlyn grew up in Kitchener, Ontario, with deep family roots in rural Huron County where weekends and summers meant wide open properties, a lifestyle that moves a little slower, and days that feel a lot more intentional. That upbringing shaped the way she sees spaces - what they could become, how they feel to live in, and what it takes to make a house actually feel like home.

Before real estate, Ashlyn spent two years working alongside an interior designer, developing an eye for potential that most people simply don't have. She can walk into a space and see past what's there - the layout that could open up, the finishes that would change everything, the bones worth betting on. That instinct is genuinely useful for her clients, especially those looking to build, renovate, or invest in a property with a vision in mind.

Three and a half years ago, a great opportunity came up, and Ashlyn did what she'd always encouraged others to do: she took the leap. She moved to Kelowna, fell in love with the lifestyle, and in July of 2024, earned her real estate license. She's never looked back.

Outside of work, Ashlyn is equally at home on a hiking trail as she is in her kitchen. She leads an active lifestyle, loves chasing new adventures outdoors, and has a genuine passion for health and wellness. And when she's not outside, she's happiest making something from scratch and turning a space into something that truly nourishes the people in it. Real estate, for her, isn't a transaction. It's a chapter. And she takes real pride in helping people find, build, or evolve the home that carries them into the next one.
